There’s no bench fee, we just ask that you cover shipping. That said, there are a few (reasonable) limitations: If you wish to upgrade an older product to contain a newer version of the circuitry, an upgrade fee will be charged. Our policy covers our work alone - damage done by the work of a third party is outside the scope of coverage. i.e., if your pedal was damaged as a result of an [unsanctioned] attempt at modding or otherwise mucking about with the circuitry, our FA/FO clause precludes free repair services. We’ll be happy to supply replacement knobs if your break, but you’ll be asked to cover the cost of the knob(s) & shipping. If you live overseas and shipping costs will be untenable, we’ll do our best to help you source a replacement from a distributor closer to you. Pedals that were never part of the official Demedash Effects product line (ie, very early one-off units, custom requests) are subject to a much more limited service policy, and will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
